Extruded aluminum L angle profile with a precise 90 degree corner, available in unequal-leg sections (two legs of different widths) as well as equal-leg versions. The unequal-leg geometry puts material where the load is - the longer leg wraps panels and boards for edging and corner protection, the shorter leg screws to frames, walls or machine beds. Extruded in 6063-T5 for decorative and architectural use or 6061-T6 where higher strength is needed; section size, leg width, wall thickness and corner radius are die-opened to customer drawings. In-house processing: cut to length with tight tolerance, punching, drilling, countersinking, notching and CNC milling so parts arrive ready for assembly. Surface options: mill finish, silver anodizing, powder coating and sandblasting. Typical uses: aluminum frames, panel edge trim and corner guards, industrial support brackets, equipment enclosures and machine guarding. Standard sections in stock for fast delivery; custom dies from trial order with OEM/ODM drawings in STEP / IGS / DWG welcome.
