Automotive cooler housing made to customer drawings, delivered as a machined part ready for assembly rather than a raw extruded profile. Process chain in house: die design and extrusion, then CNC deep processing - face milling of the flat mounting flange, drilling and tapping of threaded ports, machined O-ring sealing groove, precision cutting to fixed length with chamfered ends, and full deburring. Cooling fins are formed in the extrusion die, so fin pitch and height stay consistent along the whole length without secondary skiving. Dimensional control: machined surfaces held to +/-0.05 mm, flange flatness and port position checked against the drawing before packing; air-tightness testing available for cooling channels on request. Surface options cover anodizing, sandblasting, spray coating and wood-grain transfer for decorative vehicle interior applications. Typical parts served: oil coolers, transmission coolers, charge air cooler end tanks and EGR cooler components. Trial orders from 15 pcs, volume pricing from 1000 pcs; OEM/ODM drawings in STEP / IGS / DWG welcome with DFM feedback before tooling.
